Draw circles, squares, and triangles. Turn them into 3D forms like spheres, cubes, and cylinders.
Week 3: Perspective Basics
Learn one-point perspective. Draw simple objects like boxes and roads using a horizon line and vanishing point.
Week 4: Light and Shadow
Understand light sources. Practice shading to create volume and depth.
Week 5: Proportion and Composition
Learn how to measure and compare sizes. Arrange objects in a simple, balanced composition.
Week 6: Final Project
Create a finished drawing using perspective, shading, and composition
Basic Drawing Supplies (Art Academy): * Graphite pencils (HB, 2B, 4B, 6B, etc.) * Charcoal (vine charcoal and compressed charcoal) * Drawing paper or sketchbook * Kneaded eraser * Regular eraser * Pencil sharpener or craft knife * Blending stumps (tortillons) * Ruler * Fixative spray * Ink pens * Brushes (for ink or wash techniques) * Markers
