Explore drawing as a tool for imagination, experimentation, and personal expression. This course moves beyond traditional drawing techniques to encourage students to develop ideas, imagery, and an individual visual language. Through experimentation with colored pencils, pastels, markers, mixed media, and varied formats, students will investigate the relationship between psychology, memory, intuition, and image-making. Examples from historical and contemporary artists will provide inspiration and new approaches to creative thinking. The goal is to loosen expectations, encourage curiosity, and rediscover the freedom of play and experimentation.
